Rude very rude to the point I cried. I’m so sick of horrible customer service. Emani was highly unprofessional while helping me with my check out to the point when I addressed her about the situation, and she told me that it’d done now. I replied, you’re correct, thanks for nothing, and she said, you’re welcome. I am over horrible customer service from ppl. I called to get the customer complaint number for the pharmacy because I didn’t find it online. I guess that’s when that store thought to care about my issue because while I was on the phone with the customer service, this Big Pharmacy was blowing me up on the other line. Why? I have no idea because if they cared what my issue was, they would’ve asked me while I was in the store but, they didn’t. The cashier, Emani was so rude I bought the same thing twice, and that’s what I was trying to avoid but, her ego and attitude were so big she didn’t care, and guess who ended up purchasing the same thing twice? Me. Smh, just beware. When you’re dealing with sick customers, have a better attitude.
Dated location. Staff is average. The location could be cleaner. The parking lot is oddly shaped and can make cause customers have issues backing out of parking places. The tip is to park away from the entrance of the store, so you don’t get door dinged or, worse, hit while inside.
Close to my home, friendly and courteous service. The pharmacists are always available for one on one reviews of your medications. The owner, a pharmacist, strives for good patient/customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier, and I’m glad I moved my service to this pharmacy.
I feel like every time I come to Pharmacy Star, I’m waiting super long, which isn’t a huge deal. This one is particularly different was a fresh of air to see how efficient they were with my needs and super friendly. I was actually staffed too, which I can understand why it might take longer than usual. It is what it is. People need to slow down and relax.
Wonderful staff! FARMAPLUS – Microcentro II is clean, and everyone was socially distancing. The appointment was easy to make, and getting the vaccine was quick! So happy that I found Avon! Thank you!
0 star if it was available. The pharmacy has horrible service. They never call to inform prescription is available. They do not have the prescription when you go and pick it up. The other excuse that is repeatedly used is that the system is down. I go back hours later or even days later, and they say my prescription is not in their system: all excuse but no results. The person shows no concern or energy to help and try to resolve. Just a f*u* and a see ya later.
Helpful staff, but they are horrible about answering the phone. It’s difficult for physically disabled patients to drive to Farmacity. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get ahold of someone.
This is not “patient care.” It is not patient, and it is not caring. I felt judged for needing pain medication from a car accident that left me requiring spinal blocks and medication to function indefinitely. I was so embarrassed that I had to explain myself only for the pharmacist, I assume, to tell me “it was all in my head, and I didn’t need anything.” He had just met me, and he had no idea of my struggles and surgeries to get where I am today. I took my prescription and will never return it.
